Chicken Salad with Broccoli Recipe

- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 180 gram Chicken fillet
- 150 gram Broccoli
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 clove Garlic
- Lettuce leaves

- 1 tablepsoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rub the fillet with salt and pepper and fry it in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Cool, cut into slices.
- Broccoli is boiled in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Chop the garlic and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Season with light mayonnaise, mix and serve.
