Ingredients
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1/2 teaspoons Starch
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Salt
- 100 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Tomato
- Cabbage
Instructions
- We'll do the dressing first. Dilute the starch with water, add soy sauce, honey and juice. Cook, stirring all the time, until thickened. If it turns out to be too thick, dilute it with boiled water.
- Slice the vegetables and fillets as desired and mix. Cabbage should be taken early, with tender leaves. For such a portion, only 2 small sheets are enough. Or replace it with another green one.
- Pour the sauce over everything and serve.
