Cold Chicken on Dungan Recipe
Delicious and very simple dish of boiled chicken - as a main or as a snack. The chicken is soaked in vegetable juices-it is very tasty, the dish is colorful-it will decorate the table. We have a very hot summer and do not always want hot, this recipe is a real find for our heat - cold, juicy, refreshing and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken drumstick boiled
- 200 gram Tomato
- 200 gram Onion
- 100 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- Chili pepper to taste
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Green Onion to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Coriander ground
- 40 ml Vegetable oil
- Basil dried or fresh, to taste
Instructions
- Boil the chicken. Leave a little low-fat broth. Cool the shins until warm and place in a bowl.
- Thinly cut the tomatoes and spread them on the shins.
- Cut the coriander and spread it on the tomatoes.
- Cut the green onions with long feathers and spread them on the coriander.
- Chop the onion into quarters and spread it on the onion and coriander.
- Chopped thin and long strips of bell pepper and bitter pepper. Spread on the onion.
- Garlic is very finely cut or squeezed, spread a hill on the pepper. Pour the coriander over the garlic. Salt, pepper, if dried Basil-RUB and add, if fresh just cut and add to the bowl.
- Heat the vegetable oil and pour it on a mound of garlic - you will hear a characteristic hiss. Mix the shins with the vegetables. Pour in a little left-over broth for juiciness. Cover and put away for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
- We ate four hours later.
