Ingredients
Dough:
- 160 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Corn flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 ml Water warm
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix two types of flour and a pinch of salt.
- In a cup, mix warm water and vegetable oil. In the flour mixture, make a recess and, gradually pouring in oil water, knead the dough - smooth, soft, not sticky to the hands. If the dough seems liquid when kneading, add more wheat flour (I needed another 1 tablespoon), if the dough seems too steep, add a little warm water.
- Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a sheet of baking paper.
- Distribute the cookies crushed into crumbs with a rolling pin or blender, leaving the edges free for 3-3. 5 cm.
- Spread the sliced peaches on top.
- Wrap the edges of the biscuit over the peaches. Lightly sprinkle the edges of the dough with water and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
