Cottage Cheese Pudding "7 Minutes in the Microwave" Recipe
I used the microwave oven only for heating food, and for cooking, especially desserts, I never felt the need for it... But today curiosity and thirst for experiments have taken over! I'm sharing with you this super recipe - delicious, tender, very simple and sooo fast!

Ingredients
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Semolina
- 1 pinch Vanilin
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2-3 drops Lemon juice
- Berry syrup
Instructions
- Please note - the number of ingredients is indicated for 1 serving! I made a double portion. It turned out 6 muffin molds, for 2-3 servings. So, we rub the egg (scrambled eggs) with sugar.
- Add vanilla, salt, a few drops of lemon juice, mix.
- Add cottage cheese, mix until smooth.
- Add semolina, mix again and pour into silicone molds.
- Put it in the microwave at maximum power (I have 1000 watts) for 3 minutes. Next, without opening the door of the microwave oven, let the almost finished pudding "rest" for 2 minutes. Then cook for another 2 minutes at the same power.
- Served warm or cold, sprinkled with berry syrup or sauce. I made raspberry express sauce (sugar syrup and frozen raspberries whisk in a blender).
