Cucumbers with Beef in Chinese Recipe
I came across this salad and, to be honest, I didn't expect anything particularly interesting... But how wrong I was! It's just an explosion of freshness and goodies that struck me on the spot! I will be glad if you can also appreciate this wonderful salad!

Ingredients
- 300 gram Beef
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 1 piece Celery root
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Green Onion
- 0.5 teaspoons Coriander
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 tablepsoon Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions

- Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and dry them on a paper towel so that the excess liquid goes away. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
- Cut the beef into long slices and fry in olive oil for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Cut the pepper into thin strips.
- Thinly slice the celery stalk and onion feathers. Add to the pepper.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cilantro, mix gently.
- We send the finished meat to the vegetables and add cucumbers there, after squeezing out the excess liquid and blotting it with a paper towel. Add finely chopped garlic and green onions, wine vinegar and soy sauce. Mix the salad thoroughly, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
