Cupcake "Family" Recipe
I think every family has their favorite cupcake recipe. This is the one we come back to from year to year... having tried many other recipes at the same time. So, I want to share this cupcake recipe... The recipe is absolutely simple and unpretentious, but the output is a delicate, airy, lush pie!!! Walnuts, cocoa... coconut... And everything together is indescribably delicious! We constantly change fillers and get a different taste!!!

Cook Time 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 200 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 150 gram Butter or margarine
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar 1/2 tsp or lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons Walnuts ground
- 4 teaspoons Coconut shavings
- 3 teaspoons Cocoa powder
- 1 pack Vanilin
Instructions
- The butter must first be removed from the refrigerator so that it becomes soft. I use margarine. Beat the eggs with white sugar.
- Add softened butter or margarine, sour cream and beat well again.
- Extinguish the soda with vinegar and add to the dough. By THE WAY, DO NOT ADVISE REPLACING SODA WITH baking powder. I did it once and I didn't like it at all. The structure of the test was completely different!!! Don't worry, the taste of soda in the finished product is not felt at all!!!
- Sift the flour, add the vanilla and knead the dough. Perhaps a little more or less flour will be needed. The dough should not be too thick, but not liquid.
- The finished dough is divided into 3 parts. Add ground walnuts to one part. I used ready-made nut crumbs. If you like bigger pieces, you can safely make larger ceilings!
- In the second part, add cocoa and mix well.
- And in the third part, add coconut chips or leave just white without filler.
- Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the white dough with coconut chips on the bottom. Put the chocolate dough with cocoa in the second layer.
- And put the nut dough in the last layer. Bake in a preheated 180° oven until a dry crust forms.
- Cool on a wire rack until completely cooled. Decorate as desired. I melted some chocolate and poured it on top. The pie turns out to be incredibly tender and soft!
