Ingredients
Marinating duck:
- 700 gram Duck
- 2 teaspoons Barberry can be dried
- 2 slices Lemon

Main course:
- 5 pieces Potatoes
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all the products. Cut the duck into medium pieces.
- Marinate the pieces of duck in a mixture of lemon and saffron, paprika and pepper, add salt. Add a grain of barberry. Leave for 1 hour.
- Cut potatoes and carrots, put them in a heat-resistant mold, add salt.
- Put the duck pieces on the vegetables, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
- Put in the oven, bake at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes. Then turn the duck over, cover the mold with foil or parchment, bring it to readiness at a temperature of 180 degrees for another 20-30 minutes.
