Eggplant in a Tortilla Recipe
Such dishes are increasingly included in our menu, very convenient for a snack. I'm cooking this in the blink of an eye. Serve hot for lunch. I advise you to cook. Familiar products will play in a new light, no longer interesting.

Instructions
- Wash the eggplants, cut into cubes, add salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes, this will help to remove the bitterness.
- Fry carrots (long thin strips) and onions (feathers) in vegetable oil.
- Wash the eggplants, squeeze and add to the vegetables. Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Peel the garlic, wash the dill and dry it. Finely chop the garlic and herbs. Add to the vegetables.
- Chop the walnuts with a knife. Add to the pan, stir.
- Pour soy sauce over it. Stir, remove from heat.
- Two tortillas (pita bread), preheated eggplant, put on them with two thin slices of cheese.
- Cover with half of the tortillas, preheat them on the grill. I use an electric grill with a grill attachment. You can simply fry each cake in a dry frying pan for 4 minutes.
- Here it is - a striped miracle. By the way, my granddaughter has not eaten eggplant for 6 years, she ate this pie with great appetite.
- Add the herbs, sauce and serve.
