Fish in Salted Dough with Mashed Potatoes in American style Recipe
The fish is delicious: tender, juicy, with lemon-dill flavor. I must say right away, salmon was in the original recipe, and I only had pangasius. I was afraid it would turn out greasy, but it turned out great. Salmon should also be tender and fragrant. But don't try to eat the dough!
