Fish Tree on in Rice Chops Recipe
The most wonderful and expected New Year holidays are ahead. Each hostess will prepare a delicious Christmas table for her loved ones. The dish that I offer to your attention, in my opinion, will appeal to lovers of hot fish snacks.

Ingredients
- 80 gram Fish fillet of pink salmon
- 3 tablespoons Rice
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- Green olives for decoration
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Ingredients for a hot snack.
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, add diced onion. Fry the onion until light golden brown.
- Add the salmon fillet cut into small cubes to the fried onion. Simmer the mixture over low heat until tender.
- Add salt and pepper with ground black pepper to taste.
- Boil rice (3 tablespoons) until ready in salted water, then rinse, add egg yolk (1 pc.), pour 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
- Mix the rice filling well.
- Using a salad mold, shape the chops (d 5 cm).
- Add vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) to the pan. Lightly fry the chops.
- Put the cue ball in the baking dish, put the stewed salmon fillet on the cone on top.
- Grate cheese (50 gr.) on a coarse grater. Sprinkle the decoration with grated cheese. Send the form with the chops to the preheated oven and bake until the cheese melts.
