Chops from Crabs Recipe

Ingredients
- 200 gram Crab sticks
- 1 glass Rice
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Butter
- 3 tablespoons Semolina
- 100 gram Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Chop onion and crab meat in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
- Add rice boiled in salted water, egg, squeezed garlic, butter, salt, pepper and whisk in a blender or chopper.
- Put the mixture on a plate. It turns out that such minced meat.
- Form the chops, roll them in semolina and fry in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil.
- The result is very tender, softened and delicious chops. You can eat simply or serve with any side dish.
