Fresh Vegetable Salad Recipe
This salad is simply AMAZING!!! I tried it at dinner with my husband and with great difficulty broke away from him when I was already scraping at the bottom of the salad bowl. This salad has a zest that gives it this incredibly spicy, fresh, new, unusual taste!

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion red
- Redish
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Lettuce leaves
- Greenery
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- So, the GEORGIAN VERSION OF your FAVORITE SALAD! Prepare the vegetables, wash them and dry them. In fact, you can take any vegetables.
- Tomatoes and cucumbers cut into slices. Cut onion and pepper into strips. Radish - thin circles. Chop the greens.
- And now THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is the highlight of the salad DRESSING. I have olive oil, white wine vinegar, it is incredibly fragrant.
- Chop the nuts into fine crumbs, crush the garlic and finely chop (in no case do not pass through the press). Put the oil, vinegar, pepper and salt in a small jar, close the lid.
- Shake the jar vigorously several times.
- Add the garlic to the nuts, pour the oil and vinegar into the nut crumbs and mix the mixture thoroughly.
- Put the vegetables in a large bowl and mix gently. Add the dressing and mix gently again.
- Wash the head of lettuce, dry it thoroughly. Remove the upper withered leaves. Remove 2-3 leaves and cut them into small pieces with your hands.
- Last of all, add lettuce leaves and chopped greens to the vegetable mixture and gently mix the salad for the last time.
- Place the slide on a flat dish, garnish with herbs. Serve immediately.
