Goulash with Pumpkin Recipe
To be honest, I didn't like goulash since school days - hard meat with veins, and flour liquid. But after visiting Hungary, I discovered this dish again, I cook it often, use a variety of additives. In autumn, goulash with pumpkin is especially good.

Ingredients
- 700 gram Beef
- 400 gram Pumpkin
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 3 pieces Potato
- 200 ml Broth you can use any, to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Black pepper to taste
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning I have a special one for goulash, you can replace it with dry ground paprika
Instructions
- Products that we will need.
- Onion cut into half rings, garlic small plates.
- Carrot and pumpkin in large chunks.
- In a thick-walled pan, fry the onion, then add the carrots, meat and pumpkin, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin and add to the pan. Add the peeled and chopped bell pepper, garlic.
- Add goulash seasoning or dried paprika.
- Stew all 1 hour.
- Add the potatoes, salt, pepper and simmer until the potatoes are ready.
- When serving, sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
