Ingredients
Basis:
- 300 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 20 gram Butter
- 1 glass Rice flakes
- 1 piece Carrot
- 3 tablespoons Chickpeas boiled
Béchamel Sauce:
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion and fry in butter.
- Add the rice flakes to the onion and mix well.
- Add the minced meat and mix.
- Add the grated carrots and mix.
- Add boiled chickpeas. Mix it.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, mix and transfer to a baking dish.
- Prepare the Bechamel sauce. Heat the butter and add the flour, mix. Boil, add cream, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is dissolved. Put the sauce in a saucepan.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. (180-200 degrees).
