Greek Lentil Salad Recipe
I think this recipe is suitable for lovers of healthy eating and for those who fast. Pleasant spicy-sour taste. Lentils are one of the richest sources of iron. But not many people know that vitamin C contributes best to the absorption of iron. Therefore, in most cases, Greek lentil dishes are seasoned with lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1 glass Lentils
- 250 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 200 gram Cucumber
- 200 gram Green Onion
- 100 gram Dill
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 tablespoons Olive oils
- 1/4 glasses Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the lentils, pour water and cook for 25-30 minutes, without bringing to a boil. Make sure it doesn't fall apart.
- We're refueling. Pass the garlic through a press, mix the garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl.
- Drain the water from the lentils. We put it in a bowl and fill it. Let cool at room temperature.
- When the lentils have cooled, add tomatoes, cucumber and herbs. Stir, and the salad is ready!
