Halva of Carrots with Raisins, Nuts, Sunflower Seeds in a Slow Cooker Recipe
It was under this name that I found this recipe on the Internet. Maybe it's not halva at all, but it turns out very tender, fragrant and delicious, even those who are completely indifferent to carrots will like it.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Sunflower seeds
- 50 gram Pine nuts it is possible and without them if not
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 125 gram Raisins
- 500 milliliters Milk
- 100 milliliters Condensed milk
- 1 kilogram Carrots
- 100 gram Date
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions
- Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
- At the bottom of the bowl of the slow cooker, put the butter on top of the carrots. Add milk.
- Add sugar. Mix well.
- Select the Baking mode and set the time to 25 minutes.
- After the signal, turn off the slow cooker, add chopped dates, washed raisins, roasted nuts and seeds. Mix well.
- Select the "Extinguishing" program and the default time is 50 minutes.
- After completing the program, add condensed milk and mix the halva.
