Holiday Cupcakes with Coconut Shavings Recipe
Cupcakes with icing are always delicious and appetizing. They are incredibly light and airy. I sprinkle them with coconut shavings on top. I like to make these cupcakes for new year and Christmas. In my family, they are eaten at a time. And guests always ask for a recipe.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 60 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 120 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 30 gram Raisins
Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 30 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Coconut shavings to taste
Instructions
- In a deep bowl, pour the melted butter. Add milk, sugar, and cocoa. Mix until smooth. Next, add the egg. Mix again.
- Add baking powder and flour in small portions. Mix until the lumps disappear.
- You can add a little raisins or chocolate to the dough.
- For baking, I will use silicone molds. Fill each about 2/3 full. Put the cupcakes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- Meanwhile, prepare the icing. In a small saucepan, add the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa.
- Put on a slow fire. Stir constantly, the glaze should thicken in a couple of minutes.
- Ready-made cupcakes are coated with icing on top. And sprinkle with coconut shavings.
