Ingredients
Brownie:
- 250 gram Banana
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Butter
- 120 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 5 gram Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Chocolate ganache:
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
- 50 ml Cream
Instructions
- I knead ripe bananas into a pulp.
- In a deep bowl, mix eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour the melted, but not hot, butter, mix.
- Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa. I knead the dough.
- Add the banana mass to the dough and mix gently.
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form and bake the brownies at 180 °C for 30-35 minutes (until dry toothpick).
- For chocolate ganache in a water bath or in a microwave, melt the chocolate, add cream and mix until smooth and smooth.
- Ready ganache immediately put on the surface of the pie.
