Juicy Homemade Minced Cutlets Recipe

Cutlets this recipe came out very tender, juicy, mouth-watering and insanely delicious. A pleasant aroma is the whole house. I always cook more, because they are impossible to eat. Recommend.

  1. Cut into 4 slices of loaf, pour milk, a little mash hands and leave for 10-15 minutes until the loaf is completely soaked.
  2. Onions and garlic grind with a blender or meat grinder.
  3. Add salt, pepper, eggs, soaked loaf, chopped onion and garlic to minced meat. Mix everything well.
  4. With wet hands shape the cutlets. Dip in water and send to a heated pan with vegetable oil.
  5. Fry the cutlets over medium heat on both sides until Golden brown. Juicy minced cutlets are ready! All Bon appetit!
