Lagman Recipe
There are many lagman recipes. It is very difficult to choose... So I decided to cook this dish without a recipe, in my own way. It turned out just great, so, in fact, I'm posting it here. If you're interested, you can take a look. Try to cook. It's amazing.

Instructions
- Prepare the meat.
- Cut into pieces.
- Place in a deep frying pan and fry in vegetable oil for 20 minutes. The meat should be ruddy in color, as in the picture.
- While the meat is being fried, prepare the onions and carrots. Cut onion into half rings, carrot into squares.
- Put it in a frying pan, fry for 5 minutes.
- Then pour in boiled water, about two glasses. Cook until the carrots are soft.
- While all this is being prepared, prepare tomatoes and peppers.
- Cut into cubes.
- Add these ingredients to the pan. If necessary, you can add more water.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes. Cut into cubes.
- We put it in a frying pan.
- Add water to the brim and cook until the potatoes are ready. Most importantly, fry the meat and onions in a frying pan, and everything else can already be stewed.
- At the end, boil the noodles separately. This is it. The dish is ready! It can be served both first and second. It all depends on your taste and desire.
