Salad
- 200 gram Shrimp
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 100 gram Green peas
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- Green Onion
- 1/3 pieces Cucumber
Marinade and dressing
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 pieces Chili pepper
- 3 tablespoons Sauce-marinade (teriyaki)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
- Here are our ingredients. Plus, defrost the shrimp, blanch the peas, wash the lettuce leaves.
- Green peas. Prepare according to the instructions on the package. I have long preferred frozen peas, not canned ones.
- Wash and dry the salad. I didn't like purple in the end, I didn't take it.
- The shrimps, thawed and peeled from the shell and head, are now marinated. For the marinade, mix teriyaki sauce, finely chopped chili pepper (I had a piece of about 2 cm) and grated ginger (also a piece of about 2 cm).
- Here are our shrimp. Soak them well in the marinade for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the other components of the salad.
- Chop the pepper, cucumber, green onion. Put lettuce leaves, peas and chopped vegetables in a large salad bowl.
- Remove the shrimp from the marinade and fry for 3 minutes. At the same time, bring the marinade to a boil in a separate bowl.
- The marinade should boil.
- We filter the marinade. Squeeze well. Add olive oil and a drop (1/3 tsp) of teriyaki.
- Mix the salad, shrimp and dressing. It beautiful The salad will turn out to be short-lived, tender lettuce leaves will not be preserved. You can make a blank (all separately: vegetables + salad + shrimp + seasoning).
- Place on a nice plate and serve with a slice of lime. You can sprinkle shrimp with juice. Such an easy-to-prepare meal, but at the same time beautiful and delicious.
