Peel the onions and carrots and cut them randomly.
Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil until transparent, add the liver cut into small pieces, and fry. Season with salt and pepper, add the crushed garlic, pour in the cream and simmer under the lid on low heat until the liver is ready. Then add the butter. Punch the vegetables with the liver with a blender and cool.
Cucumbers cut into very small cubes. I used cucumbers and Gherkins crispy. Use a spoon to take a little pate, form balls and roll well on all sides in the cucumber.
