Salad
- 1 piece Mackerel (gutted carcass without head and tail, weighing 240-250 g)
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 100 gram Celery root
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- Allspice to taste
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the mackerel in a way that is convenient for you. Boil, bake in the oven or microwave. You can also take hot smoked mackerel. I baked in the oven in foil, seasoning the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- Boil the potatoes until tender.
- While the fish is baking and the potatoes are cooking, wash the celery, if necessary, remove the top hard layer and cut into thin slices across.
- Wash the onion and chop it finely.
- Prepare the dressing. Mix yogurt, mustard, olive oil and soy sauce.
- We clean the finished mackerel from the bones and disassemble it into not too small pieces.
- Cool the boiled potatoes slightly and cut them into cubes.
- Immediately mix the sliced potatoes with the dressing, add the fish, onion and celery. Stir and serve warm.
