Ingredients
- 100 gram Mango
- 40 gram bacon
- 100 gram Lettuce leaves
- 100 gram Blue cheese
- 2 tsp Parmesan
- 1 tsp Capers
- 3 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Balsamic
Instructions
- Peel the mango and wrap it in a strip of bacon.
- Fry in a dry pan on both sides for a couple of minutes to dry the bacon.
- Mix the reduced-salt soy sauce with the olive oil and lemon juice. Season the salad leaves.
- Put on a dish the seasoned mixed salad, fried mango in bacon, put the chopped blue cheese, sprinkle with parmesan, capers, ground black pepper, pour the remaining dressing, decorate with cream-balsamic.
