- 200 gram Mussels in oil
- 5 cloves Garlic

Instructions
- Pre-melt the butter, put out the soda with sour cream.
- Sift flour, baking powder, then add eggs, sour cream and melted butter. Knead the dough with a mixer or a spatula, add a pinch of salt.
- Finely chop the garlic, chop the dried tomatoes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Add garlic, dried tomatoes, cheese and mussels to the dough. Mix everything together.
- Put the dough in 2/3 of the cupcake molds and bake at 180 ° C for about 20-25 minutes. Muffins are very lush and airy. From this number of products, 18 pieces turned out.
