Muffins with Strawberries and Ricotta Recipe
Now is the time to please your loved ones with pastries with fragrant strawberries! I suggest baking muffins with strawberries and ricotta. They turn out very tender and juicy, but it takes a little effort)

Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, salt, sugar and baking powder for the dough.
In a separate container, mix the milk, ricotta, vegetable oil and yolks. If desired, you can use any other cream cheese.
Whisk the egg whites into a stable foam.
Cut the strawberries into small slices.
Gently mix all the ingredients with a spatula, adding last of all proteins and strawberries.
Spread the dough into molds, filling them almost to the top, and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until ready, 20-25 minutes
The finished muffins should cool down.
Remove the muffins from the molds, decorate with strawberries and mint leaves. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!
