Noodles Bolognese
I like to cook, allowing maximum variety in the use of ingredients, proportions, etc. Pasta with Bolognese sauce is from this series. The base is minced meat with tomatoes or tomato paste. Then you can dream up, add ingredients, replace them with similar ones.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Noodles
- 500 gram Minced meat (beef and pork in half)
- 2 pieces Onion
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Chili pepper
- 300 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Celery root
- 50 gram Tomato paste
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 teaspoon Zira
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Peel the onion, cut into small cubes.
- Finely chop the pepper.
- Also - Bulgarian pepper.
- Cut the cherry in half.
- Cut the celery into washers.
- In a saucepan, heat a mixture of olive oil and butter, fry the onion until it becomes transparent.
- Put the minced meat to it, mix, fry until almost all the moisture evaporates.
- Add both peppers, mix well, fry for three minutes.
- Add the celery, stir, and simmer for another five minutes.
- Lay out the cherries.
- Add tomato paste, stir and add salt.
- Add Cumin.
- Simmer on low heat under the lid until the sauce is fully cooked - 20 minutes.
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender, drain the water, put the noodles on the dish "nest", put the sauce in the center.
