Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 teaspoon Yeast
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 130 ml Water
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Filling:
- 1 jar Black olives
- 300 gram Sausage
- 100 gram Spinach
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 230 gram Hard cheese
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- I used a bread maker to make the dough. Load all ingredients into the bread maker in the order specified in the instructions. The dough was prepared for 45 minutes. For manual kneading, mix all the liquid ingredients and all the dry ones separately, then combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place, proofing for 40 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: cut the spinach and sausage.
- Remove the liquid from the olives and cut them in half. Chop the cheese.
- Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil. Spread the dough on a baking sheet. I have a baking tray size of 32 x 22 centimeters. Brush the dough with tomato paste.
- Spread the first layer of spinach, then the sausage.
- Next layer of olives. Finish the pie with cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- The pie is good both hot and cold.
