Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 100 gram Fruit puree apple
- 25 gram Fruit puree Berry puree, you can take any puree - currant, plum, quince, cranberry, etc.
- 30 gram Egg white
- 300 gram Sugar
- 70 ml Water
- 5 gram Agar-agar
- 16 pieces Waffles I have horns - you can cook them yourself, or you can buy them ready-made
Instructions
- I take a ready-made puree, which is stored in my freezer, I prepare it in advance and it is always convenient to take the right amount and quickly make a dessert. Depending on what kind of puree you add to Apple will depend on your marshmallow color and taste, no colorants. Now I have a blackthorn, Apple, protein and start whipping
- Beat well with a mixer until combined and the mass increases
- Here is such an airy puree I got
- Now we begin to deal with agar-agar, first we combine it with water and put it on the fire. When the liquid is heated, it turns into a jelly-like mass, which means that the agar is good and we will succeed
- Add the entire volume of sugar and mix
- Let the mass boil, stir with a spatula so that the agar does not burn
- Bring the mass to 110 degrees and begin to enter it in a thin stream into the whipped puree. Mix until fully combined
- Then the finished mass is transferred to a pastry bag with a nozzle and proceed to the formation of the dessert
- I prepared the waffle cones in advance
- Fill the cones with marshmallows and they are ready to eat
- In section
- I also tried filling waffle baskets with marshmallows with berry puree
- Bon Appetit!!!
