An interesting salad of salted and fresh cucumbers with a dressing of cottage cheese. I tried this salad in a small cafe, but it didn’t have a name. I decided to reproduce, although the original salad is dressed with mayonnaise, but I replaced it with cottage cheese.
This salad will certainly be appreciated by a female audience. Chicken fillet, orange, apple; and all this-in a dressing of tender fragrant melted cheese.
For the New Year, I made these bright sandwiches with cream cheese and egg paste. They immediately disappeared from the table. I decorated them with cod caviar and slices of cucumber and radish.
