Ingredients
Dough:
- 900 ml Kefir
- 450 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 4 tablespoons vegetabe oil
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 500 ml Water hot
Filling:
- 300 gram Cherries
- 700 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Corn starch
- Sugar to taste
Fill:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 5 tablespoons Sour cream
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Add sugar, salt and eggs to kefir at room temperature. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour. Mix again.
- Pour boiling water from the total amount into a mug and add soda, mix.
- Add to the dough. We mix and look at the consistency, add either boiling water or flour.
- Add vegetable oil and mix.
- Fry pancakes.
- Put the cherries and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and add starch, diluted in a small amount of water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute until thickened. Let it cool completely.
- Put cottage cheese with powdered sugar on a pancake, and cherries on top.
- Turn into a roll.
- Spread it in a spiral shape.
- Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk.
- Add sour cream and mix.
- Fill and sprinkle with almond petals.
- Bake at 180⁰С for 25-30 minutes.

- The rest of the pancakes can be served with condensed milk, sour cream or jam.
