- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 0.25 teaspoons Soda

- 100 gram Dutch cheese

- Take two frying pans, one for frying pancakes, the other for eggs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Fry bacon slices in a frying pan for scrambled eggs, set aside, fry eggs 3 pieces per serving. Grease another frying pan, heated, with oil and pour out the dough with a ladle.
- Fry on one side, turn over, sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of grated cheese.
- Put eggs and bacon slices in the middle.
- Fold the edges of the pancake with a spatula.
- As if forming a square. Sprinkle with black pepper. Remove from the mold and repeat the procedure 4 more times.
- Ready!
