Light and delicious soup, without any difficulties. There are so many new interesting soups that I completely forgot about my husband's favorite soup: pea soup. And today this error has been fixed. Very tasty soup!
Sausage is also cut into slices (you can make sausages, I just had smoked ones).
Cut the potatoes into strips.
Fry the onion until transparent, add carrots, fry everything until a beautiful golden color.
Rinse the peas thoroughly and put them to cook (until the stage when they begin to soften after boiling over low heat after boiling, 1-1.5 hours) in a separate saucepan.
Put the broth to cook (I don't like fatty soups, so my broth is tasteless, only 1 shin and a small onion.
When the broth is ready, add salt and spices to taste
, when the potatoes are ready, add the potatoes to the toasted vegetables
with boiled peas, drain the water and add to the soup
with sausage.
Bring to a boil and let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid.
Cut the bread into cubes and dry it in the oven.
