Ingredients
- 600 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 100 gram Sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Red hot pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bake the paprika for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then put it in a bag and let it soak for 15 minutes, then remove the peel and cut it arbitrarily.
- I fry the seeds, I dry them in the microwave to a delicious smell and taste. It is better to fry the seeds, because the taste of pesto becomes richer. Then add the pepper and seeds to the blender and whisk well. Add salt, oil, lemon juice and pepper mixture to taste. Rosemary is also added either by half a teaspoon, or by a full spoon, but in one case or another it must be present, because it gives piquancy.
