Potato Burgers with Meat Filling Recipe
Think about it, everyone at least once, but did they cook something from raw grated potatoes - pancakes, for example? I offer you an almost similar preparation of cutlets with meat, the piquancy of which is given by dressing with pickled cucumbers! Very tasty, with a crispy crust and sour cream!

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Potatoes
- 500 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tablespoon Filling for pickle
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika (ground)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Minced meat (I have pork) mix with finely chopped onion and dressing.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Grate the potatoes on a fine grater; Squeeze out the water, add sour cream, garlic, paprika, salt - mix.
- I used a burger mold, but you can also sculpt with your hands soaked in water or oil; Fill the mold with potatoes, prick with a fork so that they do not fall into the water with molds, half, make an incision; Put the minced meat in the recess.
- Close the potatoes, press the mold, squeezing out excess moisture.
- Fry in a preheated non-stick frying pan.
- Fry on both sides, after getting a good crust, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook under a lid.
- Very tasty served warm with sour cream!
