Potato Casserole with Minced Meat and Mushrooms Recipe
I always cook mashed potatoes "with a reserve", because there are a lot of things you can cook from it. For example, a casserole with minced meat and mushrooms, and if it is also portioned, and adding cheese and quail egg, then it is not a shame to treat guests. Recommend.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Potato puree
- 300 gram Turkey minced meat
- 50 gram Champagnons
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 4 pieces Quail egg
- 60 gram Hard cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter to taste
- Bread crumbs / breading to taste
Instructions
- To your taste, prepare mashed potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the minced Turkey (chicken), chopped herbs and mushrooms, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add semolina and mix thoroughly.
- Portions (250-300 ml) of refractory form of grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes on the bottom and 3 tablespoons of minced meat on it.
- Insert a Cup in the middle, 2.5-3 cm., place mashed potatoes around.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees, until the juice is clear in the middle and lightly browned.
- Break a quail egg into a hole ( or mix 2 chicken eggs and pour into 4 servings). Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for another 7-10 minutes, 200 degrees.
- Serve hot in the form.
- Or by putting them on plates.
