Cut onion and potatoes into cubes.
Fry the vegetables in a frying pan until golden brown over medium heat.
Add salt, cover, reduce the heat to low and cook until soft.
Break the eggs into a cup.
Pour in the milk, add salt and whisk.
Pour in the rice porridge.

Pour the egg mass into the fried potatoes.
Cover and "forget" for 10-15 minutes.
Put the finished tortilla on a plate and serve with hot tea.
