Ingredients
For the sauce:
- 200 gram Mussels
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 milliliters Sour Cream (30%)
- 1 teaspoon Flour wheat / Flour

For casserole:
- 1 glass Rice
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1/2 tablesspoon Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Boil the rice in lightly salted water in the ratio: 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water. Boil until the water is completely absorbed.
- In parallel, cook mussels in a creamy sauce. Finely chop the onion.
- Pour the oil into a saucepan and put the onion, fry until golden brown.
- Mussels should be thawed and soaked dry. Put it to the onion.
- In the cream, dilute the flour, add salt to taste, not forgetting that we will have ready-made and salted rice. Lay out the mussels with onions.
- Finely chop the garlic and put it in a saucepan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened, pepper to taste and remove from heat.

- Put the rice in the bottom layer and soak it with egg and cream around the perimeter.
