Salad with Pumpkin, Brisket and Cheese Recipe
Delicious and nutritious salad with pumpkin. As a salad dressing - hot sauce.

Instructions
Wash the pumpkin, cut off the skin, remove the seeds, cut into cubes.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and simmer the pumpkin for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cut the brisket into thin and narrow slices, add to the pumpkin and fry over medium heat. then leave to languish on low heat for another 3-5 minutes.
Wash and dry the greens, then chop the parsley and cut the salad into strips.
Add the parsley to the pan and stir.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
For salad dressing, mix vinegar, salt and pepper and whisk with olive oil.
Put the green salad on a large platter, then the pumpkin with the brisket and sprinkle with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese.
