Filling
- 150 gram Curd
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 1 piece Cayenne pepper (Chilli pepper)
- 1 clove Garlic
Instructions
- From the products specified for pancakes, knead the dough and bake pancakes or use your own pancake recipes, but they should not be sweet and liquid. Pour the cottage cheese into a cup, grate the cheese on a medium grater and add a pinch of Svan or Adyghe salt, a clove of garlic passed through a press.
- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper and finely chop. Mix the filling thoroughly. Tomatoes will give enough juice, and the filling will easily take a homogeneous consistency.
- Put the filling on the edge of the pancake and roll up the pancake tube or envelope.
- Ready!
