Ingredients
Dough:
- 600 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 200 milliliters Water hot
- Salt to taste
For filling:
- 500 gram Minced meat
- 2 pieces Onion
- 50 milliliters Water cold
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the filling. Chop the onion with a meat grinder or blender. Add it to the minced meat. Add salt and pepper, pour in cold water and mix well.
- Prepare the custard dough. Add the egg and salt to the flour, mix with a fork. Then add boiling water and stir. Add vegetable oil. Knead the dough on the table and let it stand under the lid for 10-15 minutes. The dough turns out to be elastic, it is easy to work with it.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts. Form a tourniquet from each part and cut into circles 1 cm thick. Roll out the cakes. Place the minced meat in the center of each tortilla and form a dumpling.
- Boil the water, add salt and 1 onion if desired. Add dumplings. When they pop up, cook them for 5 minutes. Put the dumplings on a plate and pour butter or sour cream.
