Simple Apple Pie Recipe
We are preparing a delicious simple pie with apples. When you want something delicious for tea, but don't want to mess around and don't have time, this pie is a great option. It takes no more than 10 minutes of active work to cook it, and the oven will do the rest.

- 20 gram Butter
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- For the dough, mix the egg with sugar, add the melted butter. Gradually add flour and baking powder, mix first with a whisk, then with a spoon.
- You should get a soft thick dough, you don't need to knead it, just stir it with a spoon.
- I covered the form with a diameter of 28 cm with parchment from the bottom. Spread the dough and spread it with a spatula on the surface of the mold, you can help with your hands. You can make bumpers, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- When the dough is baked, put the apples on top, cut into thin slices.
- Place small pieces of butter on top of the apples.
- Mix sugar with vanilla and sprinkle with apples. If you like cinnamon, you can add it. We send it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
- We let the finished cake cool down a little, cut it into pieces and call everyone to drink tea.
