Sweet Potato Casserole with Vegetables Recipe
Hello everyone! I want to share with you a very simple and delicious recipe. Casserole, can replace a side dish for meat, game, fish, or maybe as an independent dish. The casserole is very satisfying with a crispy crust and soft inside.

Ingredients
- 700 gram Sweet potatoes purified
- 200 gram Carrot purified
- 1 piece Onion
- 1/2 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Greens any, to taste
- 50 gram Spinach I have frozen
- 100 gram Parmesan
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour in sweet potato , flour +/- more/less depends on the sweet potato liquid
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Butter
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potato, cut into cubes, and cook until tender.
- Prepare the filling: grate carrots on a coarse grater, chop onion, bell pepper, spinach, add salt and pepper (to taste, there will be more cheese)
- Fry everything in olive oil, add garlic, herbs, cheese -mix.
- Drain all the water from the sweet potato, (cool slightly) punch with an immersion blender, add butter, flour and egg - try for salt and pepper.
- Form 21 -15 (I have ceramic) lubricate with vegetable oil. Upload A layer of sweet potatoes, put the vegetable filling on top, then a layer of sweet potatoes and sprinkle with cheese
- Put in the oven -180 * for 35 minutes. Watch your technique!!
