Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 40 gram Butter
- 140 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,25 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 360 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 60 gram Dill
- 0,25 teaspoons Salt
- 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the egg, sour cream, salt. Sift the flour with baking powder for the dough, grate the butter on a grater and knead the dough.
- Distribute the dough in the form, forming the sides. My form is silicone (about 16-18 cm), so there is no need to lubricate. Put it in the refrigerator while we prepare the filling.
- For the filling, mix cottage cheese, salt, egg. If desired, whisk the puree with a blender.
- Wash the dill greens well and chop finely, add to the cottage cheese, mix well.
- Put the filling in the form with the dough, smooth it out.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes on top. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
- The pie turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.
