Ingredients
Soup:
- 15 gram Roots Galangal Root
- 10 gram Lemon zest Lemongrass root
- 2 teaspoons Pasta Tom Yam Pasta
- 250 ml Coconut milk
- 200 ml Broth (chicken)
- 1 piece Lime
- 50 gram Shallots
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 6 pieces Champignons
- 100 gram Shrimp Tiger cats
- 5 gram Cilantro
- 5 gram Chili pepper
- 10 ml vegetabe oil
Pasta:
- 100 gram Pasta rice
Instructions
- Lightly fry in vegetable oil, onion, galangal and lemongrass.
- Add the tiger prawns and fry until slightly red.
- Add the mushrooms and Tom Yam paste, mix well, and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the chili pepper, cherry tomatoes, squeeze out the juice from half of the lime, pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Pour coconut milk or cream and bring to a boil.
- In boiling water, cook the noodles for 6 minutes.
- At the bottom of the plate, spread the noodles, pour the soup, decorate with a slice of lime, coriander Enjoy your meal.
