Tomato Salad Recipe
I found this salad recently on one of the forums. Then I looked at the cooking method on various culinary sites, I didn't find a tomato salad with that name here, so I decided to share and illustrate the recipe. I corrected a couple of ingredients that were specified in the original, but it turned out pretty tasty!

Instructions
- Cut the beef flesh into thin strips.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat, stirring, until soft.
- Cut tomatoes into cubes.
- In a container, mix tomatoes, beef, salt, soy sauce, hot pepper, onion (finely chopped), garlic (also finely chopped), ground cilantro. Add the oil in which the meat was fried.
- Mix thoroughly, sprinkle with lemon. At this stage, I divide the salad into 2 parts. In one part I add parsley, in the second cilantro, because the tastes in the family are divided.
- Stir again and put in the refrigerator to infuse for an hour or two. We don't always survive this time, the salad is already good.
- Ready!
