Ingredients
Snack
- 3 pieces Tomatoes
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Sauce
- 70 gram Feta
- 50 gram Yogurt (natural)
- 1/2 tablespoons Olive oils
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 twigs Basil (fresh)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoons Lemon juice

Instructions
- To make the sauce, put feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice in a glass of a blender (chopper). Add freshly ground black pepper.
- Add garlic, fresh basil leaves and whisk. Adjust the thickness of the sauce with the amount of yogurt or vegetable oil. Check if there is no salt, add it if necessary.
- Tomatoes cut into rings (half rings), put on a plate.
- Add freshly ground black pepper. If desired, add salt (remember that tomatoes will release juice).
- Pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with lemon zest (optional).
- Garnish with basil leaves, parsley.
