Vegetable Salad with Zucchini Recipe

- All the necessary ingredients. Vegetables and greens are pre-washed. Peel the onion and garlic. Use zucchini young. If the zucchini is old, then first remove the peel from them.
- Cut the vegetables arbitrarily as you like. You can generally grate carrots in Korean. I cut the vegetable slicer into cubes. Cut the onion into feathers. Greens picked by your hands. Grate the carrots. Do not use garlic yet.
- Garlic press. Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil to it. I immediately added some sugar and salt.
- Mix well.
