Vinaigrette with White Beans and Herring Recipe
Vegetables are a storehouse of all vitamins, plus beans are protein and, of course, herring, which sets off the sweetness of beets, beans and apples well. For fasting, this is a very good snack option or as an independent dish for breakfast and dinner.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Beans
- 2 pieces Beet
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Potato
- 1 piece Apple
- 1 piece Herring (fillet)
- 0.5 pieces Onion red
- 3 tablespoons Olive oils
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- White pepper
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 pieces Cucumber (fresh)
Instructions
- Soak the beans, cook as indicated on the package.
- Cook or bake beets, potatoes and carrots in the oven.
- Dressing: mix mustard, a little ground pepper, salt, wine vinegar and olive oil.
- Cut the herring fillet into thin strips.
- Cut the vegetables, apple, cucumber and onion into small cubes.
- Add the boiled beans, herring fillets, pour the dressing over the vinaigrette and mix.
- Ready!
